Scope of work:

• Operate CNC Press Brake Machines in the workshop
• Perform engineering measurements
• Perform computations
• Apply principles of occupational health and safety in the work environment
• Plan and undertake routine tasks
• Apply quality systems and procedures
• Organize and communicate information
• Work effectively in a manufacturing, engineering, or related environment
• Interact with computing technology
• Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices
• Apply fabrication, forming, and shaping techniques with extensive experience
• Perform geometric development (basic and advanced, including cylindrical, rectangular, and conical)
• Interpret technical drawings proficiently
• Mark out fabrications and shapes
• Use hand tools and power tools/handheld operations
• Operate workshop CNC Machines (Bystronic, Yawai)
• Undertake manual handling
• Apply mathematical techniques in a manufacturing, engineering, or related environment
• Conduct quality control processes
• Assist in the provision of on-the-job training
