One of our Australian based clients are eagerly seeking Automotive Mechanic to start work immediately.

Responsibilities;

• Servicing and maintaining a wide range of makes and models of vehicles.
• Diagnose faults in engines and parts of vehicles of all makes and models.
• Repair defective parts and reassemble mechanical components.
• Inspecting vehicles to achieve roadworthiness.
• Verify work is completed correctly via test drives and testing and adjusting mechanical parts, controls, and systems after repair.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed utilizing the nominated service program.
• Utilization and maintenance of tools and equipment specific to light vehicles.
• Fitting of 4WD accessories.
• Wiring of auto electrical components.
• Effective time management.
• Adherence to safe working practices.
• Maintenance of the workshop environment, ensuring that it is safe, clean & organized.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance program for all workshop equipment and machinery.
• Execution of other ad-hoc duties as instructed by your supervisor.
• Can perform minimal customization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Automobile/Automotive Mechanic
• Experience with different car types such as SUV, Pickup, Hatchback and minivan.
• Be able to provide evidence of work history.
• Excellent in English communication skills
• Overseas experience is an advantage.
• Finished high school, and one year or more at college is highly desirable or Graduate of any related vocational course, IELTS/PTE passer is an advantage.
